Five Pillars of Fitness for Paddlers!!
A learning by doing event by Cris Dobrosielski cscs, cpt, cmt
Cris is a certified strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer and has been helping athletes young and improve performance, increase athletic longevity and minimize the risk of acute and overuse injuries for 23 years. A four time masters World Champion and two time masters National Champion, Cris will share specific exercises, stretches and training guidelines that will help you continue to enjoy the sport you love with fewer orthopedic interruptions

SDCKT Boathouse, Mission Bay Youth Aquatic Center 1750 Fiesta Island Dr. San Diego
$50 SDCKT Members, $60 Non-members
Wear Workout clothes, bring sunscreen, sneakers, visor and and a yoga mat if you have one.
