Coach Dobro is a certified strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer and has been helping athletes young and old, improve performance, increase athletic longevity and minimize the risk of acute and overuse injuries for 23 years. As a four time masters World Champion and two time masters National Champion, Coach Dobro shares specific exercises, stretches and training guidelines that will help you continue to enjoy the sport you love with fewer orthopedic interruptions.

Our fitness programs focus on healthy physical activities for kids. We have trained coaches who understand age appropriate physical training for children. Our exercise programs for children work the mind and the body as we enjoy the great outdoors of San Diego. Wellness activities can also be fun for kids, to keep them motivated. After school exercise on the waters of Mission Bay keep our athletic team healthy and active.
