British Canoe & Kayak Prep for 2012 Olympics
This video shows you how canoe/kayaking is done in Britain! Hear lots of coaches that sound like Coach Barlow, see the Olympic canoe/kayak course for 2012 in London (at Eton College where Prince William went to school!), experience what it would be like to be part of a canoe/kayak club in England and find out why canoe and kayakers are the nicest people around! The video is in 3 parts about 10mins each. This is excellent and is a must watch by all paddlers. It's from the British Canoe Union and their preparations for London 2012 and has technique, motivation and information about our sport!
